Film processing chart
I have put together a film processing chart that lists my favorite black and white films, along with developing times at different EI and temperatures. I typically use the same agitation for all films and developers, i.e., continuous for the first 15-20 sec., and then 5 rotations per minute. I use steel tanks and reels and usually develop two films at a time.

B&W films
In medium format, my favorite films are Kodak Tri-X (400 TX) and Ilford HP5 Plus. Because of Ilford's support for traditional photography, I have decided to support Ilford and use HP5 Plus almost exclusively. I love its tonality, exposure latitude, and small grain. I expose it anywhere from EI 200 to EI 800 and develop accordingly. For low-light situations, I use Iford Delta 3200.
In 35mm format, My favorite films are Agfa APX 100 and Fomapan 100.I have a substantial supply of both in my freezer so I am likely to continue using them for a long time. In low-light situations I use Fujifilm Neopan 1600, which is perfect for live stage photography.
Developers
I have used Kodak D76 for a very long time but got tired of mixing chemicals and have since settled on liquid concentrate developers. I think that Ilford DD-X is a fantastic developer, but because it is expensive I only use it with high-speed films, such as Ilford Delta 3200. For all other films, I use Clayton F76+, which works perfectly well.
Film reels
For medium format film (120) I use two really old reels that I bought used. I have no idea what brand they are - they just work. I have also tried a Hewes Tundra Pro reel, and it is really good, as well.
In 35mm format, I use Hewes Tundra Pro reels. They work very well.
